Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
Simple Syrup
Add ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, stir and turn the heat off. Let it come to room temperature in the pot with the ginger and cinnamon sticks still in it (this will make the flavor stronger). Once cooled, strain out the ginger and cinnamon and store in the fridge for up to a week.
